Delivery Price
We offer free delivery on all orders. 

Delivery Timescales
We use DPD to deliver all orders.

  • In stock items - within 3-5 business days of receiving order.
  • In stock furniture - within 2-7 business days of receiving order.
  • Special cases like made to order items, i.e. custom furniture are on longer lead times and typically take 10-14 weeks once we have received your order. We will keep you notified of the estimated delivery date. 

On the rare occasion that your requested item(s) are unavailable our team will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note: If your order contains items that have different delivery times, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the team with advised delivery dates. It's possible that items may arrive at different dates.

 1. Delivery is free except for delivery to certain areas that attract a premium delivery charge such as the Highlands of Scotland. A list of the affected areas are included below.

2. If an item is in stock when your order is placed, delivery is normally 3-5 working days. Items of furniture may be on a longer delivery timescale, and this will be advised at order confirmation. If the items are out of stock when your order is placed, you will be advised of a lead time.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered will fit into your property and you should measure doors and room and corridor pinch points to ensure that the products will fit. Should a product not fit, you are entitled to return within 14 days by our returns procedure at your cost.

4. Delivery will be made to the address specified when placing the order. The person signing for a delivery must be an adult.

5. Goods should be examined carefully on delivery and any defects noted on the delivery driver’s paperwork (if applicable). Any defects should be reported to KC At Home within 48 hours of delivery. KC At Home will arrange the collection and replacement of the defective item.

6. If a delivery timeslot has been agreed for your delivery, and you need to cancel or re-schedule your delivery then you need to inform the day before the delivery date. If you inform us after this time, we reserve the right to charge a rearranged delivery charge.

7. We are not liable for any issues for damage to the product or premises past the threshold of your property or the point at which the product is signed as delivered unless you have paid an additional fee for a 2-man delivery to a ground floor room of your choice. Delivery will not be made up any flights of stairs.

8. We will not be held liable for any delivery delays. We will contact you as soon as we are made aware of any delay. You have a right to cancel the contract if you are not content with any revised delivery date.
