Shipping policy

Delivery Price:

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.  Our standard delivery charge is £3.99, but this increases dependent on the overall weight of the order.

*Postcodes that fall outside of our standard delivery area may incur an additional delivery charge , these postcodes are detailed below. This is dependent on the specific products and we will advise you of any additional charges within 1 working day of the order being placed.

We do not make deliveries outside the UK.

Delivery Timescales:

  • In stock items - within 2-7 business days of receiving order.
  • In stock furniture - within 2-14 business days of receiving order.
  • Special cases like made to order items, i.e. custom furniture are on longer lead times and typically take 10-14 weeks once we have received your order. We will keep you notified of the estimated delivery date. 

On the rare occasion that your requested item(s) are unavailable our team will contact you within 1 working day of placing your order.

Please note: If your order contains items that have different delivery times, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the team with advised delivery dates. It is possible that items may arrive at different dates.

 1.To find out your delivery charge, please add the items to your basket , go the checkout and add your address *.

2. If an item is in stock when your order is placed, delivery is normally 3-7 working days. Items of furniture may be on a longer delivery timescale, and this will be advised at order confirmation. If the items are out of stock when your order is placed, you will be advised of a lead time.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered will fit into your property and you should measure doors and room and corridor pinch points to ensure that the products will fit. Should a product not fit, you are entitled to return within 14 days by our returns procedure at your cost, please see our returns policy.

4. Delivery will be made to the address specified when placing the order. The person signing for a delivery must be an adult.

5. Goods should be examined carefully on delivery and any defects noted on the delivery driver’s paperwork (if applicable). Any defects should be reported to KC At Home within 48 hours of delivery. KC At Home will arrange the collection and replacement of the defective item.

6. If a delivery timeslot has been agreed for your delivery, and you need to cancel or re-schedule your delivery then you need to inform  KC AT Home two working days before the delivery date. If you inform us after this time, we reserve the right to charge a rearranged delivery charge.

7. We are not liable for any issues for damage to the product or premises past the threshold of your property or the point at which the product is signed as delivered unless you have paid an additional fee for a 2-man delivery to a ground floor room of your choice. Delivery will not be made up any flights of stairs.

8. We will not be held liable for any delivery delays. We will contact you as soon as we are made aware of any delay. You have a right to cancel the contract if you are not content with any revised delivery date.
